摘　　要：目的基于物联网技术,合理有效使用新生儿健康监测与防盗系统,实现新生儿在院期间生命体征监测与安全管理。方法采用"移动+健康"的综合服务模式,应用无线网络、RFID等技术搭建新生儿健康监测与防盗系统,结合实际护理工作,总结应用技巧和注意事项。结果该系统能够监测新生儿生命体征,彻底防止婴儿被盗,减少医疗差错,降低医护人员工作量。结论该系统的应用将成为医疗信息化的新亮点,改善产妇的体验,提高新生儿在医院期间的健康监测和安全质量,提升医疗服务效率,将为医院创造良好的社会效益和经济效益。Objective To realize the newborn vital signs monitoring and safety management in hospitalperiod by applying the neonatal heathy monitoring and security system based on the Internet of Things.Methods Using the"mobile+health"integrated service model,applying the wireless network,RFIDand other technologies to build the health monitoring and security system,and combing with the actualnursing work,the application skills and precautions were summarized.Results This system couldmonitor the vital signs of the newborn,prevent the baby from being stolen completely,and reduce themedical errors and decrease the workload of the medical staff.Conclusion The system will improve thematernal experience,enhance the health monitoring and safety quality of newborn in hospital period,andincrease the efficiency of medical services,which will create good social benefit and economic profit for hospital.
