摘  要:为探讨遮荫对‘红叶’南天竹(Nandina domestica‘Hongye’)叶色及矿质营养积累的影响,对不同遮荫处理下其生理生化指标的变化进行了研究。结果表明,随遮荫度增加,叶绿素、类胡萝卜素含量增加,花色素苷相对含量减少,可溶性糖含量差异不明显。随处理时间的延长,不同遮荫度的花色素苷相对含量都明显增加,可溶性糖含量与花色素苷后期变化相似,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量在全光照(CK)及30%遮荫度(C1)有所增加,55%遮荫度(C2)下变化比较平稳,而75%遮荫度(C3)呈先减少后增加的变化趋势。叶片中氮含量在较大遮荫度时较高,磷、钾含量在中度遮荫时较高,钙含量随遮荫度的增高而减少,镁和铁在不同遮荫度间差异不显著。相关性分析表明,花色素苷含量与可溶性糖、钙含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与氮含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05);而叶绿素含量与氮含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),与钾、钙含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。因此,遮荫可以影响‘红叶’南天竹叶片色素、可溶性糖及矿质元素的含量,适宜摆放或种植在30%遮荫度的疏荫环境中,不仅生长表现良好,而且呈色最佳。In order to understand the effect of shading on leaf color and nutrient accumulation of Nandina domestica?Hongye?,the changes in physiological and biochemistry indexes were studied under different shading treatments,such as full light,30%,55%,and70%shading.The results showed that the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids increased with increment of shading,whereas relative content of anthocyanin decreased,and the content of soluble sugar had no difference.Along the prolonging of shading treatment,the relative content of anthocyanin and soluble sugar content increased,while the contents of chlorophyll and carotenoids increased in full light or30%shading,fluctuated smoothly in55%shading,and increased at first and then decreased in75%shading.The content of leaf N was high under75%shading,and those of P,K were high under50%shading.The content of Ca decreased with the increment of shading.However,the contents of Mg,Fe had no differences among shading treatments.The correlation analysis showed that anthocyanin content had positive correlation with contents of soluble sugar or Ca(P<0.05),and negative correlation with content of N(P<0.05).The content of chlorophyll had positive correlation with the content of N(P<0.05),and negative correlation with contents of K or Ca(P<0.05).Therefore,shading environment could affect the contents of pigments,soluble sugar and mineral elements in N.domestica?Hongye?,and30%shading was reasonable for a tradeoff between better growth and nice color.
