摘 要:用燃速测试、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、光电子能谱仪(EDS)和单幅照相技术对比研究了含球形硼粉和Al粉改性双基推进剂(CMDB)的燃烧性能、熄火表面和火焰结构。结果表明:用等质量的球形硼粉替代Al粉,可降低推进剂燃速和凝聚相热分解的剧烈程度,同时推进剂压强指数增大,凝聚相热分解放热量减少,且其熄火表面上存在大量球形硼粉及其燃烧产物熔联、凝聚形成的球状物。The combustion properties,flameout surface characteristics and flame structure of composite modified double-base propellant(CMDB)containing reactive metals,such as aluminum(Al)and ball-boron powder,were investigated,using constant pressure strand burner,scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry(EDS)and photography technique.The results show that,when the Al was replaced by round boron powder in propellants,the burning rate and thermal decomposition sensitivity was decreased,whereas the pressure index was increased.It also has been demonstrated the heat releases from the condensed phase was decreased,where a large amount of particulate agglomerates were formed on the burning surfaces.
