摘  要:为提高高铁轴承内圈冷辗扩成形壁厚均匀性,应用ABAQUS软件建立高铁轴承内圈非对称冷辗扩有限元模型,并进行了相关模拟.基于正交试验方法,以冷辗扩成形后轴承内圈的壁厚均匀性为试验指标,获得了芯辊初始进给速度(A)、锥辊转速(B)和驱动辊转速(C)对壁厚均匀性的影响规律,并利用极差分析法和方差分析法对轴承内圈冷辗扩工艺参数进行优化.研究结果表明,工艺参数对内圈壁厚均匀性影响的主次顺序为C>A×C>B×C>A>B>A×B,并得到了最佳工艺参数组合.In order to improve the wall thickness uniformity of inner ring of high speed rail bearing on coldrolling,the finite element model of inner ring of high speed rail bearing under asymmetric cold ring rollingprocess is established through ABAQUS software.Taking the wall thickness uniformity of finished rings as testindex,the influence law of the initial feed rate of mandrel(A),cone roller speed(B)and drive roller speed(C)onthe wall thickness uniformity is obtained using the orthogonal test method.The parameters of inner ring duringcold rolling process are optimized by means of range analysis and variance analysis.The analytical results showthat the order of influence of process parameters on the wall thickness uniformity of inner ring isC?A?C?B?C?A?B?A?B,and the optimum combination of process parameters is obtained.
