摘 要:鉴于高压气体压实楔横轧轴件内部空洞(浮压法)可以提高楔横轧轴件质量与成品率的特点,为进一步改善该方法对心部空洞的闭合程度,运用DEFORM-3D有限元软件,研究了形位参数对轴件外形尺寸和空洞闭合的影响规律.研究结果表明:轴件高径比为2时,心部空洞最难闭合;空洞越靠近轴件表面,其闭合就越快;空洞数量和形状对其闭合速度的影响较大;但以上4个因素对轴件外形尺寸几乎没有影响.研究结果为控制轧件心部缺陷、提高轴件的力学性能奠定了理论基础.Using high-pressure gas to compact inner void of cross wedge rolling shaft,i.e.the floating-pressuremethod,can improve the quality and yield of cross wedge rolling shaft.In order to improve the degree of closureof core void by this method,the effects of shaft shape and position parameters on void closure and its overalldimension are investigated using DEFORM-3D finite element software.Results show that the void is the mostdifficult to compact when the ratio of shaft’s height to diameter is2;the closer a void is to shaft surface,thefaster its closure would be;the effects of the void’s shape and quantity on the speed of void closure are moresignificant than those of the other factors.But the above four factors have little impact on shaft part overalldimension.The research results lay theoretical foundation for controlling rolled part core defects and improvingthe mechanical properties of shaft part.
