摘　　要：结合调研情况和自身工作实践,深入分析了高校二级学院党委落实党风廉政建设主体责任面临的主要问题及原因,并从增强责任意识、制定责任清单、创新监督体系、完善问责机制等方面,提出了二级学院党委落实主体责任的对策建议。Combining investigation and practice,the paper deeply analyzes the main problems and reasons faced by theimplementation of the main responsibilities of the party committee in a secondary college in construction of a clean andhonest administration.From the aspects of enhancing the sense of responsibility,making the list of responsibilities,innovating the supervision system and perfecting the accountability mechanism,the paper proposes some countermeasures topromote party committee of a secondary college to implement the main responsibility.
