摘　　要：目的:通过对金蓝合剂的相关药理学研究,评价其对风热感冒的治疗效果。方法:建立大鼠发热模型、小鼠咳嗽模型、小鼠免疫模型,比较用药前后咳嗽次数、哮喘潜伏期、体温等指标,评价金蓝合剂对相关病症的治疗作用。结果:金蓝合剂可缓解大鼠由于2,4-二硝基苯酚引起的发热症状;延长氨水所致的小鼠咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;提高小鼠羊红细胞(SRBC)半数溶血时的吸光度值(HC50),显著增强小鼠特异性体液免疫。结论:金蓝合剂能明显减轻咳嗽症状,具有解热、增强免疫等作用,对风热感冒具有良好的治疗作用。Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effects of JinLan mixture for treating wind-heat cold by studying its related pharmacological researches.Methods:Fever Rat model,cough mice model and immunity mice model were established.Cough frequency,asthma incubation period,temperature and other indexes were compared before and after treatment to evaluate curative effects of JinLan mixture on related diseases.Results:JinLan mixture could relieve2,4-dinitrophenol-induced fever of rats,it can prolong ammonia-induced cough incubation period,reduce cough frequency,improve the absorbance value(HC50)of SRBC in rats at half hemolysis,an.d significantly enhance specific humoral immunity in mice.Conclusion:JinLan mixture can significantly relieve cough.It has antipyretic and immunity-enhanced effects,which could cure heat-wind cold.
