摘　　要：目的:观察矩阵针刺联合电温针治疗骶髂关节致密性骨炎(OCI)的临床疗效。方法:将84例患者随机分为观察组44例、对照组40例,对照组口服双氯芬酸钠缓释胶囊治疗,观察组采用矩阵针刺联合电温针治疗。2组均连续治疗2周,观察2组治疗前后视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA评分)的变化情况及临床疗效。结果:VAS及JOA评分治疗前后2组组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。优良率观察组为63.64%,对照组为40.00%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:矩阵针刺联合电温针治疗OCI临床疗效显著,并可改善体征及功能活动。Objective:To observe clinical effects of matrix acupuncture and electrical warming needling in the treatment for osteitis condensans ilii(OCI).Methods:All84patients were randomized into44cases in the observation group and40cases in the control group,the control group orally took diclofenac sodium sustained release capsules,and the observation group adopted matrix acupuncture and electrical warming needling.Both groups were treated for two weeks consecutively,clinical effects and the changes of VAS and JOA of both groups were observed before and after treating.Results:The difference had statistical meaning in the comparison of VAS and JOA scales between before and after treating within two groups(P<0.05);the difference had statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating(P<0.05).Excellent rate of the observation group was63.64%,higher than40.00%of the control group,andthe difference hadstatisticalmeaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Matrix acupuncture and electrical warming needling in the treatment for OCI could gain notable effects,and they could improve body signs and functional activity.
