凉血消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜32例

摘　　要：目的:观察凉血消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效及对白介素12(IL-12)水平的影响。方法:将64例患者随机分为观察组、对照组各32例,2组均采用西药常规治疗,观察组同时加用凉血消斑汤治疗。2组均于连续治疗1个月后观察临床疗效及关节肿痛缓解时间、皮疹消退时间和消化道症状改善时间,治疗前后血清IL-12水平的变化情况。结果:观察组总有效率为93.75%(30/32),对照组为78.13%(25/32),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);关节肿痛缓解时间、皮疹消退时间和消化道症状改善时间2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);IL-12水平2组治疗前后组内比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,差异也有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:凉血消斑汤治疗过敏性紫癜的临床疗效显著,且可改善IL-12水平。Objective:To observe clinical effects of LiangXue XiaoBan Tang in treating allergic purpura and its effects on the levels of IL-12.Methods:Sixty-four patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,32cases each group,both groups adopted routine treatment of western medicine,the observation group took LiangXue XiaoBan Tang simultaneously.Clinical effects,joint swelling and pain remission time,rash disappearing time and the improvement time of digestive tract symptoms of both groups were observed,and the changes of IL-12were compared between before and after the treatment after both groups were treated for one month consecutively.Results:Total effective rate of the observation group was93.75%(30/32),higher than78.13%(25/32)of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of joint swelling and pain remission time,rash disappearing time and the improvement time of digestive tract symptoms between both groups(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons of the levels of IL-12between before and after treating within two groups(P<0.05);the difference showed statistical meaning in the comparisons after treating between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:LiangXue XiaoBan Tang could obtain notable effects in treating allergic purpura,and it could improve the levels of IL-12.
