摘  要:目的:观察骨刺膏配合玻璃酸钠治疗早期膝骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将88例早期膝骨性关节炎患者按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组42例和观察组46例,2组均采用玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射治疗,2 mL/次,1次/周,连续注射5次。观察组于注射3天后,以骨刺膏外敷膝关节,每3天换1贴。治疗5周评价临床疗效。结果:优良率观察组为78.26%,对照组为64.29%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组膝关节疼痛程度、膝关节功能活动分级均明显改善(P<0.05),2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:骨刺膏联合玻璃酸钠关节腔注射能明显改善早期膝骨性关节炎患者膝关节功能,减轻疼痛程度,提高临床疗效。Objective:To investigate curative effects of bony spur ointment and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment for early knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:Altogether88KOA patients at early stage were divided into the control group(42cases)and the observation group(46cases)according to random number table method,both groups accepted intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,2mL each time,once each week,for five times consecutively.The patients in the observation group were applied bony spur ointment externally after injecting for three days,changing once every three days.Clinical effects were assessed after treating for five weeks.Results:Excellent rate of the observation group was78.26%,higher than64.29%of the control group,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).After treating,pain degrees of knee joint and the activity of knee joint function relieved obviously(P<0.05),the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bony spur ointment and intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate could improve knee joint function,relieve pain degrees and raise clinical effects of the patients suffering early KOA.
