摘 要:以江苏宝应光伏发电基地为例,分析了江苏省电网结构、潮流特征以及江北地区风电光伏出力特性,研究了关键潮流断面特别是500kV过江通道输送能力对大规模光伏并网的影响和限制,利用电力系统分析软件PSD-V2009对并网方案进行仿真计算。随着新能源装机容量的不断增加,江苏北电南送潮流将不断加大,对500kV过江通道的压力也将日趋增加,建议加强江苏北电南送过江通道和江北调峰机组的建设,进一步增强电网可靠性和对新能源发电的接纳能力。Taking Baoying photovoltaic power generation base in Jiangsu province for example,this paper analyzed the power networkstructure and tide characteristic in Jiangsu province and wind power photovoltaic output force characteristic in area north of the YangtzeRiver,researched on the key tide cross section,especially the impacts and impose restrictions of500kV pathway crossing rivers deliverycapacity on ultra-large-scale grid-connected system and used the electric power system analysis software PSD-V2009to carry out simulationcalculation of grid-connected scheme.With the increase of the new energy installed capacity and the north-to-south power transmission tidein Jiangsu province continuously,the pressure of500kV pathway crossing rivers will increase gradually.It is suggested strengthening theconstruction of the north-to-south power transmission pathway crossing rivers in Jiangsu province and the variable load units in area north ofthe Yangtze River,which further enhances the reliability of power grid and the admitting ability of new energy power generation.
