中西医结合治疗中晚期食道癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的评价中西医结合治疗食道癌中晚期的疗效。方法将我院2015年4月~2016年7月接收的84例中晚期食道癌患者随机分成2组，即实施标准化疗的参照组(42例)与采用中西医结合治疗的研究组(46例)，将2组病例的临床疗效及毒副反应情况实施对照。结果治疗前2组肿瘤标志物没有显著差异(P＞0.05)，治疗后，2组肿瘤标志物均得到改善，但相对于参照组，研究组的各项指标更佳，其TSGF为(50.22±8.34)，SCC为(2.11±1.45)，CEA为(14.26±2.31)，且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组与参照组的稳定率分别为92.85%和76.19%，2组数据差异明显(x2=4.46，P<0.05)。研究组与参照组的有效率分别为57.14%和35.72%，且差异存在统计学意义(x2=3.88，P<0.05)。研究组的毒副反应的发生率为7.14%低于参照组23.81%，且差异具有显著性(x2=4.45，P<0.05)。结论采取中西医结合的方式对中晚期食管实施治疗，可使中药与化疗的协同作用更好地发挥出来，进而增强临床疗效，降低毒副反应，提升患者的生存质量。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer.Methods Forty-eight patients with advanced esophageal cancer who were received from April2015to July2016were randomly divided into two groups:the reference group(42cases)with standard chemotherapy and the study group(46cases)),The two groups of cases of clinical efficacy and toxicity of the implementation of the control.Results Before and after treatment,there were no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the tumor markers of the two groups were improved,but the index of the study group was better than that of the reference group.(2.11±1.45)and CEA were(14.26±2.31),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The stability rates of the study group and the reference group were92.85%and76.19%,respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(x2=4.46,P<0.05).The effective rates of the study group and the reference group were57.14%and35.72%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=3.88,P<0.05).The incidence of toxic and side effects in the study group was7.14%lower than that in the reference group(23.81%),and the difference was significant(x2=4.45,P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of advanced esophagus can make the synergistic effect of traditional Chinese medicine and chemotherapy play out,and thus enhance the clinical efficacy,reduce the toxicity and improve the quality of life of patients.
