硬膜外麻醉术后自控镇痛泵镇痛420例护理体会

摘　　要：目的硬膜外麻醉术后自控镇痛泵镇痛临床观察及护理。方法回顾分性2016年3月至2016年9月期间在我院进行硬膜外麻醉术后自控镇痛的420例患者临床资料，总结临床护理体会。结果420例患者中16例因活动导致硬膜外导管滑脱，5例因导管扭曲终止使用，其余镇痛效果良好;在使用自控镇痛泵期间，18例患者出现恶心，4例患者出现呕吐，1例出现尿潴留，其余均未出现严重不良反应。结论对于硬膜外麻醉术后自控镇痛泵镇痛患者，及时发现术后并发症并给予有效的护理，可有效提高术后自控镇痛效果和临床护理效果。Objective:Epidural anaesthesia self-control analgesia pump analgesia after clinical observation and nursing.Methods:Retrospective separability in June2016to December2016in our hospital during the period of self-control analgesia after epidural anaesthesia of the clinical data of420patients,summarizes the clinical nursing experience.Results:420patients in10cases of epidural catheter slippage caused by activities,14cases by catheter distortion to terminate,the rest of the analgesic effect is good;During use self-control analgesia pump,8cases of patients with nausea and vomiting in4patients,1cases with urinary retention,the remaining no severe adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:For patients controlled analgesia pump analgesia after epidural anaesthesia,timely detection of postoperative complications and give effective nursing,which can effectively improve the effect of postoperative self-control analgesia effect and clinical care.
