手术护理配合对老年性白内障治疗效果与生存质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究手术护理配合对老年性白内障治疗效果和生存质量的影响。方法以本院2014年6月~2016年5月收治的80例老年白内障患者作为研究对象，所有老年白内障患者均在局麻情况下进行小切口联合人工晶状体植入手术，同时在术前、术中及术后配合护理工作。比较患者护理前后的眼压、视力以及生存质量。结果老年白内障患者在护理后的眼压、视力和生存质量与护理前相比均有明显的改善(P＜0.05)。结论老年性白内障手术护理配合能够明显提高患者的治疗效果和生存质量。Objective:To study the effects of nursing care and cooperation on senile cataract surgery and quality of life.METHODS:Eighty elderly patients with cataract who were treated in our hospital from June2014to May2016were treated with small incision combined with intraocular lens implantation under local anesthesia.Intraoperative and postoperative nursing work.The intraocular pressure,visual acuity,and quality of life were compared before and after patient care.RESULTS:The intraocular pressure,visual acuity,and quality of life of the patients with cataract were significantly improved(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Nursing care of senile cataract can significantly improve the treatment effect and quality of life.
