品管圈活动在降低妇科接近错误医嘱发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的应用品管圈活动降低接近错误医嘱发生率，促进用药安全。方法按品管圈理论的步骤进行计划、实施、确认和处置，分析导致接近错误医嘱发生的真因，探讨解决对策并实施，进行效果评价。结果接近错误医嘱发生率由活动前的0.463%降低至活动后的0.077%，差异显著（x2=35.55，P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动可有效降低接近错误医嘱发生率，保证护理安全。Objective:Should be quality control circle activities to reduce the incidence of error close to the doctor's advice,promote drug safety.Methods:According to the theory of quality control circles steps plan,implementation and confirmation and disposal,analysis led to the incorrect orders occur close to the true cause,discusses countermeasures and implement,evaluate the effect.Results:The incidence of approaching error orders from0.463%before the activity reduced to0.077%after the activity,the significant difference(x2=35.55,P<0.05).Conclusion:The quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the incidence of error close to the doctor's advice,guarantee nursing safety.
