海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤的围手术期护理研究

摘　　要：目的研究和分析海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤的围手术期的护理要点。方法选取本院收治的海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤患者88例为研究对象，通过电脑随机进行分组，分为对照组与观察组，各44例。2组患者海扶刀治疗结束后，对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施常规护理联合围手术期针对性护理。比较、分析2组患者生命体征、临床症状以及护理满意度等。结果护理结束后，观察组患者的生命体征、临床症状以及护理满意度等，均明显优于对照组患者，比较组间差异非常显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对海扶刀治疗子宫肌瘤的围手术期间，对患者采取针对性的围手术期护理措施，能够获得显著的临床护理效果，且能够帮助患者有效改善患者的生命体征以及临床症状，从而获得较高的护理满意度，值得应用于了临床推广。objective:to study and analyze the rotary knife for the treatment of uterine fibroids perioperative nursing points.Selection methods:our hospital sea rotary knife treatment of88patients with uterine fibroids as the research object,through the computer random grouping,divided into control group and observation group,44cases.After the sea rotary knife treatment in both groups,control group routine nursing,the observation group and routine nursing combined perioperative care.Comparison and analysis of two groups of patients'vital signs,clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction.Results:after nursing,observation group of the patient's vital signs,clinical symptoms and nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group patients,very significant difference between the comparison groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:in view of the sea and lifted the knife in the treatment of uterine fibroids perioperative period,perioperative nursing measures of patients take countermeasures,can get remarkable effect of clinical nursing,and able to help patients improve the patient's vital signs and clinical symptoms,to gain higher nursing satisfaction,is worth popularizing application in clinical.
