危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理要点分析

摘　　要：目的分析危重症新生儿并发低血糖的营养支持护理要点。方法回顾分析2016年1月至2017年1月期间在我院诊治的68例危重症新生儿并发低血糖临床资料，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组34例患儿。对照组患儿采用常规护理，观察组患儿给予营养支持护理，观察对比两组患儿临床护理效果。结果观察组患儿临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患儿并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论临床给予危重症并发低血糖新生儿针对性的营养支持护理，可有效纠正低血糖，减少并发症的发生，促进患儿的早日康复，值得临床重视和关注。Objective:To analyze critically ill newborn,nutritional support of concurrent hypoglycemia nursing key points.Methods:Retrospective analysis in January2016to January2017in our hospital during the period of diagnosis and treatment of clinical data of68cases of severe neonatal intercurrent hypoglycemia,were randomly divided into control group and observation group,34cases in each group.Children with the control group using conventional care,observation group with nutritional support care,compared two groups of children with clinical nursing effect.Results:The clinical therapy in children with efficient observation group was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Complications in children with observation group was obviously lower than the control group,the differenc ewas statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:Clinical give critically ill intercurrent hypoglycemia newborns,nutritional support of targeted nursing,which can effectively correct low blood sugar,reduce complications,promote children recover at an early date,worthy of clinical attention and concern.
