2型糖尿病颈动脉斑块超声特征与缺血性脑卒中的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探究2型糖尿病颈动脉斑块超声特征与缺血性脑卒中的相关性。方法随机挑选2014年5月至2016年7月本院收治的缺血性脑卒中患者140例，并按有无2型糖尿病分为甲、乙2组，超声诊断2组颈动脉球部、颈内动脉及颈总动脉IMT增厚情况、斑块形成情况及斑块形态、回声、数目及位置信息，并对2组颈动脉狭窄与累及血管数目及分布情况加以比对。结果2组颈动脉球部、颈内动脉及颈总动脉处IMT增厚的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组颈动脉形态及颈内动脉斑块发生率的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甲组累及血管54条，乙组17条，2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)，其中2组颈动脉球部、颈总动脉狭窄血管累及率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，而2组颈内动脉狭窄血管累及率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑梗死发生与2型糖尿病颈动脉斑块的形态、回声等超声特征存在相关性，颈部血管超声可作为颈动脉斑块诊断的首选方法。Objective:To explore the sonographic features and type2diabetes carotid plaques of ischemic cerebral apoplexy.Method:Tandomly selected in May2014to July2016undergraduate room is treated140cases of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients,and according to the presence of type2diabetes is divided into a,b two groups,the ultrasonic diagnosis of two groups of carotid artery,internal carotid artery and carotid artery IMT thickening,plaque formation and plaque morphology,echo,number and location information,and the number of two groups of carotid stenosis and involving blood vessels and distribution.Results:Two groups of carotid artery,internal carotid artery and carotid artery IMT thickened situation had no significant difference(P>0.05).In the two groups the incidence of carotid artery and internal carotid artery plaque exists significant difference(P<0.05).Students'involvement vascular article54,in article17b,two groups of data differ significantly(P<0.05),of which two groups of carotid artery,carotid artery stenosis vascular involvement rate there was no significant difference(P>0.05),and two groups of internal carotid artery stenosis vascular involvement rate extremely significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cerebral infarction and carotid plaque in type2diabetes form,echo sonographic features such as correlation,neck vascular ultrasound can be used as the preferred methods for the diagnosis of carotid plaques.
