高原寒区卫勤使命课题训练任务中非现役文职护士压力情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的研究高原高寒条件下，实兵对战演习中参演非现役文职人员的压力情况，以减少非现役文职护士因各种压力在军事行动中引起的非战斗性减员，培养合格的非现役文职卫勤保障实践护理人员。方法于2014年8月(执行任务前)对抽调的非现役文职护士进行压力调查并设为对照组，分析其不良情绪来源并给与相应的培训及处理后，于2014年11月(执行任务后)再次对非现役文职护理人员进行压力调查并设为观察组。结果进行培训后，非现役文职护士躯体化因子由1.58±0.55下降至1.55±0.57，抑郁因子由1.68±0.58下降至1.64±0.60，焦虑因子由1.58±0.50下降至1.52±0.52，低于培训前(P<0.05)，其余因子无差异(P>0.05)。结论通过有针对性的、积极有效的军事化培训，降低了非现役文职护士的不良情绪，增强了其参战信心。Objectiveto study the conditions of high altitude alpine,real soldiers of participating in the war acting non commissioned civilian personnel of the pressure to reduce the non active civilian nurses due to all kinds of pressure in military action caused by non combat attrition,training of qualified non commissioned civilian medical support practice nursing staff.Methodsin2014August(before a mission)to deploy of non active civilian nurses to pressure survey and design for control group,analysis the bad mood sources and gives the corresponding training and treatment,in November2014(mission)again of non active civilian nurses into pressure survey and set to the observation group.ResultsThe results of training,non active civilian nurses in somatization factor from1.58+0.55dropped to1.55+0.57,depression factor by1.680.58fell to1.64+0.60,anxiety factor from1.58+0.50dropped1.52to0.52,lower than the training before(P<0.05)and the rest of the factor no difference(P>0.05).Conclusionthrough targeted and active and effective training,the unhealthy emotions of the non active civilian nurses are reduced,and the confidence of the war is enhanced.
