规培护士心理健康状况及相关因素调查研究

摘　　要：目的调查规培护士心理健康状况并分析其相关因素。方法采用方便抽样方法，使用症状自评量表(Symptom checklist 90，SCL-90)及自制问卷，对某三甲综合医院规培护士进行调查。结果规培护士心理健康状况优于全国青年常模；其阳性症状检出率为36.1%；SCL-90各因子分、阳性条目数、总分差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)，性别、少数民族、独生子女状况对它们影响均不显著(P>0.05)，农村规培护士人际关系敏感、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性等5个因子分、阳性条目数、量表总分均显著高于城镇规培护士(P<0.05)。结论规培护士心理健康状况总体较好，应根据其影响因素制定相应措施，促进该群体健康成长。Objective:To investigate the psychological health status of nurses and analyze its related factors.Methods:Using the convenience sampling method,using the symptom self rating scale(checklist Symptom90,SCL-90)and self-made questionnaire,a survey was conducted to investigate the nurses in a general hospital.Results:the mental health status of nurse training is better than the National Youth norm;the positive symptoms detection rate was36.1%;the SCL-90factor scores,positive entries,score differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),gender,ethnic minorities,the one-child status of their effects were not significant(P>0.05),the5factors of rural standardized training nurses interpersonal sensitivity,anxiety,hostility,phobia and psychoticism,positive items,total scores were significantly higher than that of urban training nurses(P<0.05).Conclusion:The psychological health status of nurses is better,and the corresponding measures should be made according to the influencing factors,so as to promote the healthy growth of the population.
