年轻护士艾滋病职业暴露后的措施及效果

摘　　要：目的通过对艾滋病职业暴露事件的调查分析，总结经验，提出改进防范措施，减少风险。方法艾滋病职业暴露后，立即对事件调查、评估、处理、分析原因，改进措施，完善流程。结果提高了护理人员对艾滋病防范意识，操作流程规范，减少了艾滋病职业暴露的发生。结论年轻护士对艾滋病职业暴露缺乏足够的认识和重视，通过规范防护知识的培训与职业暴露后流程化处理，护理艾滋病患者导致护士产生情绪减少，防护意识加强，操作更加流程化，规范化。objective:through the investigation and analysis of HIV occupational exposure event,sum up experience,put forward the improvement measures to prevent and reduce risk.Methods:HIV/AIDS occupational exposure immediately after the analysis of the investigation,evaluation,treatment,reason,improvement measures,improve the process.Results:improve the nursing staff to HIV/AIDS awareness and operation process specifications,to reduce the HIV/AIDS occupational exposure.Conclusion:young nurse AIDS occupational exposure is a lack of enough recognition and attention,through the standard protection knowledge training and streamline processing after occupational exposure,caused the nurse care of HIV/AIDS patients mood,protection consciousness to strengthen,operating more streamline,standardization.
