PDCA在放射科护理质量持续改进中的应用

摘　　要：目的为了应对9/10月即将临近的全省三甲医院复评，放射科护理人员运用PDCA法，稳步提高放射科护理质量，力争高分通过三甲复审。方法我们对照卫生部《三级综合医院评审暂行办法及评审标准实施细则(2011年版)》对放射科护理的要求，结合本科室现状，对2016年5~8月本院放射科护理质量存在问题，进行成因分析，探讨质控的难点与对策，应用PDCA循环模式实行目标质量管理，不断改进。结果根据放射科护理质量规范细则，2016年5~8月护理质量检查得分为89、91、92、96分，8月与5月比较，护理质量检查得分有明显提高；2016年9月，本院接受了卫生和计划生育委员会派出的12名医院管理专家为期4天的检查，顺利通过了三甲复审。结论PDCA循环是一种科学的品质管理工具，学习和使用它，能有效提高放射科护理人员知识、技能水平，增强全员参与的主人翁意识，促使放射科护理质量持续改进。Objective:In response to the September/October to neighboring province3armour hospital review,radiology department paramedics using PDCA method,steadily improve the quality of radiology department of nursing,strive for good grades through the third review.Data and methods:we contrast the ministry of health of the interim measures and level3general hospital accreditation standards implementation rules(2011year),the requirement to the radiology department of nursing,together with the present situation of undergraduate course room,on August5,2016hospital radiology department nursing quality problems,cause analysis,discusses the difficulties and countermeasures of the quality control,the application of PDCA circulation pattern target quality management,continuous improvement.Results:according to the radiology department nursing quality standard rules,August5,2016nursing quality examination score is89,91,92,89,August compared with may,nursing quality check scores have improved obviously;In September2016,our hospital accepted health and family planning commission sent12four-day inspection hospital management experts,successfully passed the third review.Conclusion:the quality of the PDCA cycle is a scientific management tools,learn and use it,can effectively improve the level of radiology department nurses'knowledge,skills,and strengthen the consciousness of participation and the ownership of,prompting radiology nursing quality continuous improvement.
