手术室护理实习项目表在护生带教中的应用效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨护理实习项目表在手术室护生实习中的应用效果。方法2015年9月至2016年12月年在我院手术室实习的85名护生为研究对象，其中2015年的51名护生为对照组，2016年的34名护生为试验组。对照组采用常规护理教学方法进行护理教学，试验组在常规护理教学的基础上加用护理实习项目表进行护理带教，比较2组护生的实习效果及对带教的满意度。结果试验组护生理论和操作考试成绩明显高于对照组(t=3.192，10.494，P＜0.01)，试验组护生带教满意度高于对照组(x2＝4.618，P＜0.05)。结论护理实习项目表应用于手术室护理带教可明显提高护理带教质量和护生对带教的满意度。Objective:To evaluate the effect of nursing internship schedule application in operating room on clinical practice for nursing students.Methods:85nursing students in operating room from September2015to December2016in our hospital were assigned to the experimental group(34students,in2016)and the control group(51students,in2015).Nursing students in the control group were taught by routine nursing teaching method.On the basis of routine nursing teaching,nursing students in the experimental group were taught according to the nursing internship schedule.The internship effect and the satisfaction degree with teaching were evaluated and compared between the two groups.Results:The theory exam scores and the practice exam scores in experimental group were significantly higher than that in control group(t=3.192,10.494,P<0.01).The satisfaction degree of nursing students in experimental group was higher than that in control group(x2=4.618,P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of nursing internship schedule can significantly improve the quality of nursing teaching in operating room and improve the satisfaction degree of teaching.
