摘　　要：目的分析临床护理路径在舒张性心力衰竭患者护理中的应用价值。方法以2014年11月至2017年2月期间本院收治的98例舒张性心力衰竭患者为对象，按照入院顺序，平均分为干预组与参照组，各49例。参照组采用常规护理模式，干预组采用临床护理路径护理模式，比较分析临床护理效果。结果比较患者卧床时间与住院时间，干预组显著短于参照组，组间差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较护理满意度，干预组为93.8%，参照组为77.6%，干预组显著高于参照组，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒张性心力衰竭患者护理中，采用临床护理路径护理模式，效果显著，值得临床广泛推广使用。Objective:to analyze the application value of clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of patients with diastolic heart failure.Methods:98patients with diastolic heart failure in our hospital from November2014to-2017in February were selected as the subjects,and were divided into the intervention group and the reference group according to the order of admission,each with a total of49cases.Among them,the routine nursing model was used as the reference group,and the intervention group was treated with clinical nursing pathway.Results:compared with the patients in bed time and hospital stay,the intervention group was significantly shorter than the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with nursing satisfaction,the intervention group was93.8%,the reference group was77.6%,the intervention group was significantly higher than the reference group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:nursing care of patients with diastolic heart failure,the use of clinical nursing path model,the effect is significant,worthy of clinical use.
