糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病临床护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的本文就糖尿病护理小组在糖尿病患者临床护理中的应用效果进行研究。方法选择我院2016年收治的120例糖尿病患者，按照就诊先后顺序分为研究组与参照组，各60例。参照组患者予以常规护理，研究组患者则应用糖尿病护理小组的护理模式，比较2组患者的血糖达标率及护理满意度。结果研究组患者的血糖达标率为96.67%，显著高于参照组的85.00%，研究组患者的护理满意度对比参照组更高，P<0.05。结论在糖尿病患者的临床护理中，成立糖尿病护理小组，对控制血糖、提高患者满意具有积极作用，值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of diabetes nursing group in the clinical nursing of patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:120cases of diabetic patients admitted in our hospital in2016were divided into study group and reference group according to the order of treatment.The patients in the study group were treated with routine nursing.The patients in the study group used the nursing model of the diabetic nursing group to compare the blood glucose compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The rate of blood glucose in the study group was96.67%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(85.00%).The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical nursing of diabetic patients,the establishment of diabetes care group,to control blood sugar,improve patient satisfaction has a positive effect,it is worth promoting.
