摘　　要：目的评价院内血糖管理对2型糖尿病患者围手术期血糖的影响。方法将150例2型糖尿病患者围手术期随机分为干预组与对照组各75例，对照组给予常规血糖管理，干预组在常规血糖管理基础上，通过内分泌科专科医生与专科护士运用院内血糖管理系统进行血糖管理。将2组血糖与平均住院日进行评价和统计学处理。结果2组病人血糖及平均住院日比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖控制均优于对照组(P<0.05)，平均住院日缩短0.05天。结论院内血糖管理能有效控制围手术期2型糖尿病患者血糖并缩短平均住院日。Objective:Evaluation of hospital blood glucose management of perioperative period in patients with type2diabetes.Methods:150cases of type2diabetes whom were in perioperative period were randomly divided into treatment group and the control group(n=75),the control group given routine blood glucose management,but the treatment group on the bases of the routine blood glucose management,Endocrine specialist nurse and doctor control the blood glucose by use the system of hospital blood glucose management,then,consist the average hospitalization and the blood glucose by statistics.Results:Two groups of patients with blood glucose and the average hospitalization is statistically signigicant(P<0.05).The fasting plasma glucose/postprandial2hours blood glucose control is superior to the control group(P<0.05).The average shortened005days of such confinement.Consult:Hospital blood glucose managementcan effectively control blood glucose and shorten the average hospital stay of perioperative patients with type2diabetes.
