TESSYS技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析在腰椎间盘突出症并发神经根管狭窄患者治疗中，应用经椎间孔脊柱内窥镜技术(TESSYS)的临床效果。方法选择腰椎间盘突出症并发神经根管狭窄的患者35例，均给予TESSYS技术治疗，进行回顾性分析。结果治疗后VAS评分明显降低，JOA评分明显提高(P<0.05)，35例均未出现严重并发症。结论将TESSYS技术应用到腰椎间盘突出症合并神经根管狭窄患者的治疗中，疗效确切，安全性较高。Objective:To analyse and hair nerve root canal stenosis in lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion patients the application of the intervertebral foramen spine(TESSYS)the clinical effect of endoscopic technology.Methods:In March2015to March2016,our hospital to receive treatment and hair nerve root canal stenosis of the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion as the research object,35cases of patients were given TESSYS technology treatment,the treatment effect were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After treatment VAS score was obviously lower than before treatment,after treatment JOA score significantly higher than before Treatment(P<0.05),35cases of no serious complications occurred.Conclusion:will merge TESSYS technology applied to the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in the treatment of patients with nerve root canal stenosis,curative effect,high safety.
