鼻内镜下咽鼓管导管注药用于慢性分泌性中耳炎患者治疗中的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析鼻内镜下咽鼓管导管注药用于慢性分泌性中耳炎患者治疗的临床效果。方法筛选2015年2月至2016年2月慢性分泌性中耳炎患者122例分为A组和B组。2组均给予口服药物治疗，与此同时A组给予鼻内镜下咽鼓管吹张注药治疗。分析2组疗效。结果A组听力改善效果比B组好［(20.5±2.2)dbHL比(27.3±2.6)dbHL，P＜0.05］。A组分泌性中耳炎疗效总有效率比B组高(90.3%比75.7%，P＜0.05)。A组不良反应和B组比较差异无统计学意义(4.9%比3.3%，P＞0.05)。结论分泌性中耳炎患者口服药物治疗的同时，采用鼻内镜下咽鼓管导管注药治疗可提高疗效，改善听力，不良反应少。Objective:To analyze the endoscopic eustachian catheter for chronic secretory otitis media clinical effect in the treatment of patients.Methods:In2015,2-2016,2choose122cases chronic secretory otitis divided into group A and group B.The two groups were given oral drug treatment at the same time,the treated group received nasal endoscopic eustachian tube insufflation a drug injection in the treatment of otitis media.Analysis of two groups of treatment.Results:A group hearing improvement than B group((20.5±2.2)dbHL vs(27.3±2.6)dbHL,P<0.05).A group of secretory otitis media the total efficiency is higher than the B(90.3%vs75.7%,P<0.05),group A and group B adverse reactions were not significantly different(4.9%vs3.3%,P>0.05).Conclusion:The secretory otitis media in patients with oral drug treatment at the same time,the endoscopic eustachian catheter can improve the efficacy of treatment,improve the hearing adverse reactions.
