丹参川芎嗪对高血压引起的舒张性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的评价丹参川芎嗪对高血压引起的舒张性心力衰竭的疗效。方法随机选取本院于2014年11月~2017年1月期间收治的76例高血压引起的舒张性心力衰竭患者，采用抽签的方式，平均分为治疗组与对照组，各38例。对照组，给予常规治疗，治疗组，在常规治疗的同时，联合丹参川芎嗪治疗，对比分析患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗前，对比患者舒张功能各指标，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后，治疗组显著优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪治疗高血压引起的舒张性心力衰竭，疗效显著，值得广泛推广。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza Ligustrazine on hypertension caused by diastolic heart failure.Methods:76cases of hypertension were randomly selected in our hospital between November2014-2017period in January caused by diastolic heart failure patients,by drawing lots,divided into treatment group and control group,38cases in each group.The control group.Given conventional treatment,treatment group and normal treatment combined with Salvia Ligustrazine treatment,comparative analysis of the clinical treatment of patients.Results:before treatment,patients with diastolic function were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the treatment group A better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza ligustrazine in treating diastolic heart failure caused by hypertension,the curative effect is remarkable,is worth popularizing widely.
