对比经椎弓根椎体内植骨与后外侧植骨治疗脊柱胸腰段爆裂骨折的效果

摘　　要：目的分析脊柱胸腰段爆裂骨折应用经椎弓根椎体内植骨与后外侧植骨治疗的效果。方法随机选择2013年8月至2015年8月在本院接受治疗的脊柱胸腰段爆裂骨折患者60例参与研究，随机平均分成2组，分别采取不同方式治疗，比较2组效果。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量少于对照组；观察组术后椎体高度以及Cobb角分别为(5.2±3.3)%、(2.3±1.4)°，对照组分别为(6.7±7.8)%、(3.8±3.1)°。结论经椎弓根椎体内植骨用于脊柱胸腰段爆裂骨折患者的治疗中，能够有效减少手术时间和术中出血，值得推广。Objective:To analysis of thoracolumbar burst fractures by pedicle vertebral body graft bone and posterolateral bone grafting for the treatment of the effect.Methods:Randomly selected in August2013and2015August in our hospital accepted treatment for thoracolumbar burst fracture patients60patients participated in the study,were randomly divided into two groups,respectively,to take different treatment,and compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time of the observation group was less than that of the control group,the height of the vertebral body and the Cobb angle of the observation group were(5.2+3.3)%,(2.3+1.4),and the control group(6.7+7.8),(3.8+3.1).Conclusion:The pedicle of vertebral body bone graft for thoracolumbar spine segment burst fractures in patients with treatment can effectively reduce operation time and intraoperative blood loss,is worthy to be popularized.
