分析多囊卵巢综合征采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗的疗效

摘　　要：目的：分析多囊卵巢综合征采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗的疗效。方法：建立联合组和对照组，并分别选2015年2月至2016年2月35例多囊卵巢综合征患者入组，联合组用二甲双胍和炔雌醇环丙孕酮治疗，对照组用二甲双胍治疗，对比2组的治疗效果。结果：联合组总有效率97.1%比对照组的80.0%高（P＜0.05）；联合组E2水平比对照组高（P＜0.05），LH、FSH水平比对照组低（P＜0.05）；HOMA-β、HOMA-IR比对照组低（P＜0.05）；2组不良反应率对比无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论：多囊卵巢综合征采用二甲双胍联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗中取得显著疗效，安全性好，值得应用于临床。Objective:To investigate the curative effect of polycystic ovary syndrome with metformin treatment.Methods:Set up a combination group and a control group,and were elected in2015,2-2016,2the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome35cases into every group,The combination group was treated with metformin and estradiol,and the control group was treated with metformin,Compared the effect of the two groups.Results:The total efficiency of the combination group was97.1%,was higer than80%in the control group(P<0.05);E2levels in the combination group was higher than the control group(P<0.05),and the LH,FSH levels were lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the HOMA-β,HOMA-IR were lower than the control group(P<0.05);the adverse reaction rate in two groups was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of polycystic ovarian syndrome with metformin combined with estradiol and progesterone has a significant effect and safety,and it is worthy of clinical application.
