分析围绝经期功血患者采用曼月乐联合米非司酮治疗的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析围绝经期功血患者采用曼月乐联合米非司酮治疗的临床疗效。方法选取62例绝经期功血患者，随机分成对照组和观察组各31例。对照组单纯使用米非司酮治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上结合曼月乐治疗。对比2组患者的治疗有效率及不良反应。结果观察组(92.1%)的治疗有效率高于对照组(88.3%)，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；2组患者均未发现不良反应。结论采用曼月乐联合米非司酮围绝经期功血疗效明显，且安全性高。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Mirena combined with mifepristone in patients with peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:62patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients in our hospital from May2014-2016year in May,were randomly divided into control group and observation group of31cases.The control group was treated with mifepristone alone,while the observation group was treated with Mirena on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic efficacy and side effects were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group(92.1%)was higher than that in the control group(88.3%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No adverse reaction was observed in the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of Mirena combined with mifepristone on peri-postmenopausal period dysfunctional uterine bleeding is obvious and safe.
