腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的临床疗效。方法选择2014年9月至2015年9月该院妇科收治的早期子宫内膜癌患者共44例，按照手术方式将患者分为2组，腹腔镜手术20例与传统开腹手术组24例。回顾性研究2组患者的术中及术后情况、术后病检情况。结果2组患者术中出血量、术后肛门通气时间、住院天数均有显著差异，腹腔镜组明显优于开腹组(P<0.05)，术后病检结果显示无明显差异。结论腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌是安全可行的。Objective To evaluate the feasibility of laparoscopic surgical treatment of early stage endometrial cancer.Methods From September2014to September2015.20endometrial cancer cases treated by laparoscopy were analyzed as the study group.And24endometrial cancer cases treated by laparotomy during the same period were randomly selected as the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of the clinic data of perioperative periods.Results The clinicopathological characteristics before operation between both groups were similar.The mean operating time in the laparoscopy group(193.5minutes)was significantly shorter(P<0.05)than that in the laparotomy group(225.2minutes).The blood loss during the operation in the laparoscopy group(385.5ml)was fewer than that in the laparotomy group(539.6ml).The numbers of the lymph nodes resectd between the two groups were similar.The laparoscopy group had shorter hospitalization(9.2days)than that of the laparoscopy group(15days,P<0.01).The pathological type and International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stage between the two groups were similar.The survival rate of the study group was100%.Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is feasible and safe in treatment of early stage endometrial cancer,and the clinic value should be confirmed by multicenter randomized clinic trial.
