改良保留十二指肠胰头切除术治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的对改良保留十二指肠胰头切除术治疗慢性胰腺炎的临床效果进行分析。方法收治慢性胰腺炎患者50例，采取改良保留十二指肠胰头切除术治疗，对其治疗的临床资料进行回顾性分析，对患者在手术前后的疼痛症状，内分泌功能状况以及生活质量进行比较。结果切除术治疗后的疼痛评分低于手术前，术后的生活质量评分高于术前，患者术后并发症的发生率为10%，内分泌功能方面则没有受到影响。结论改良保留十二指肠胰头切除术用于慢性胰腺炎患者治疗中有显著的治疗效果，值得在临床上进行推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of modified duodenum preserving pancreatic head resection in the treatment of chronic pancreatitis.Methods:From April2015to April2016in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital of chronic pancreatitis patients50cases were randomly selected as the research object,by the improved method of pancreatoduodenectomy with preservation of the treatment,the clinical data of the treatment were retrospectively analyzed,the patients in pain before and after surgery,compare the endocrine function of and the quality of life.Results:After resection of the treatment,the pain score after surgery is lower than the preoperative pain score.The quality of life of the patients after operation was higher than that of preoperative quality of life score.The incidence of postoperative complications was10%,and the endocrine function was not affected.Conclusion:To improve the treatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis,the treatment of the patients with chronic pancreatitis,which is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
