摘　　要：目的观察家庭医生团队模式对社区脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法将60例脑卒中患者随机分成干预组和对照组，每组各30例。干预组采用家庭医生团队模式进行康复干预，对照组给予常规社区治疗方式与随访。3个月后分别采用FIM、QOL-100、Fugl-Meyer量表评定日常生活活动能力、生存质量和运动功能。结果干预组和对照组干预后FIM量表评分均显著高于干预前(P分别<0.01和0.05)，QOL-100量表评分均显著高于干预前分别为(P<0.01和P<0.05)，Fugl-Meyer量表评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.01)；干预组干预后FIM、QOL-100、Fugl-Meyer量表评分显著高于对照组分别为(P<0.05，0.01和0.05)。结论家庭医生团队模式可提高社区脑卒中患者日常生活活动能力、生存质量和运动功能。Objective:To observe the effects of family doctor team model on rehabilitation of apoplectic patients in community.Methods:60apoplectic patients were randomized into intervention group and control group.Each group consisted of30patients.Patients in intervention group were treated with family doctor team model,and patients control group were treated with routine community treatment and follow-up.Activities of daily living,quality of life and motor function were evaluated by FIM,QOL-100and Fugl-Meyer rating scales after three months.Results:In both groups,the scores of FIM rating scale were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01and0.05),the scores of QOL-100rating scale were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01and0.05),the scores of Fugl-Meyer rating scale were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.01).After intervention,the scores of FIM,QOL-100and Fugl-Meyer rating scale of intervention group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05,0.01and0.05).Conclusions:Family doctor team model can improve activities of daily living,quality of life and motor function of apoplectic patients in community.
