四项指标联合检测在急性脑梗死患者诊断中的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨四项指标［血清胱抑素C、脂蛋白(a)、血栓前体蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白］联合检测在诊断急性脑梗死中的应用效果。方法选取我院于2014年1月~2016年7月间收治的急性脑梗死患者102例，将其作为观察组，随机选取同期收治的102例非急性脑梗死患者作为对照组，比较2组患者的血清胱抑素C(CysC)、脂蛋白(a)［LP(a)］、血栓前体蛋白(TpP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)四项指标。结果①观察组的LP(a)、CysC、hs-CRP、TpP水平均高于对照组，对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；②在轻度、中度、重度急性脑梗死患者中，轻度患者的四项指标水平显著低于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论TpP、CysC、LP(a)、hs-CRP四项指标检测能为急性脑梗死诊断提供依据，尽早确诊患者病情。Objective To investigate the effect of four indexes,(serum cysteine C,lipoprotein(a),thrombus precursor protein,high sensitivity C-reactive protein)in the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction.Methods102patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital between January2014and July2016were selected as the observation group and102patients with non-acute cerebral infarction randomly selected as the control group at the same time.Values of patients(CysC),lipoprotein(a)[LP(a)],thrombus precursor protein(TpP)and high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)for the two groups were measured.Results①The levels of LP(a),CysC,hs-CRP and TpP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).②In mild,moderate and severe acute cerebral infarction patients(P<0.05)Conclusion TpP,CysC,LP(a),hs-CRP four indicators can provide the basis for the diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction,early diagnosis of the patient's condition.
