摘　　要：目的探索痛风性关节炎与高尿酸血症及健康人群炎性细胞因子水平关系。方法选取2014年1月~2016年1月期间的60例高尿酸血症患者、60例痛风性关节炎患者、60例健康体检者为研究对象，对3组受检者进行炎性细胞因子检测。结果3组受检者之间，对比TNF-α、IL-1、IL-6水平值存在的差异性(P<0.05)。结论炎性细胞因子水平在痛风性关节炎与高尿酸血症患者中具有一定的诊断，指导治疗和判断预后的意义。Objective:To explore gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia and cytokine levels in healthy people relationship inflammatory.Methods:from January2014to January2016period60patients with hyperuricemia patients,60cases of gouty arthritis patients,60healthy volunteers for the study,three groups of subjects were inflammatory cytokines testing.Results:The subjects among the three groups,compared to TNF-α,IL-1,IL-6levels of existence value difference(P<0.05),Conclusion:The inflammatory cytokine levels in gouty arthritis and hyperuricemia in patients with a certain diagnosis,treatment and prognosis significance judgment.
