胃肠道肿瘤患者围手术期不同营养支持方法的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究胃肠道肿瘤患者围手术期不同营养支持方法的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年6月至2015年12月收治的胃肠道肿瘤患者100例为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予肠外营养支持，观察组给予肠内营养支持，对比分析2组营养支持方法的临床效果。结果观察组机体IgM、IgG、IgA、Hb以及ALB水平改善幅度大于对照组；观察组术后首次排便时间与术后首次排气时间短于对照组。结论胃肠道肿瘤患者围手术期肠内营养支持的临床效果显著，在临床上值得广泛推广。Objective:Study of gastrointestinal tumor patients with peri operation period of different nutritional supports the clinical effect.Methods:A total of our hospital in June2014to2015December patients with gastrointestinal cancer patients with100cases as the research object,divided for observation and comparison of two groups,giving parenteral nutrition support to group,the observation group given enteral nutrition support,the comparative analysis of two groups of nutrition support method of clinical effect.results:The IgM,IgG,IgA,Hb and ALB levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;the first defecation time and the first exhaust time of the observation group were shorter than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical effect of perioperative enteral nutrition support in patients with gastrointestinal cancer is significant,which is worthy to be widely spread in clinic.
