玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法将84例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组口服玉屏风，同时联用孟鲁司特钠，连续用药8周。对照组服用孟鲁司特钠8周。治疗8周后，观察2组患儿外周中血嗜酸性粒细胞比例及血清IgE、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)水平的变化。观察2组患儿8周后的治疗效果以及疗程结束后6个月随访复发情况。结果治疗组较对照组嗜酸性粒细胞及血清IgE水平下降，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组较对照组血清IFN-γ水平上升，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；治疗组较对照组8周后的治疗效果及6个月后的复发情况，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风联合孟鲁斯特钠治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效确切，可有效降低嗜酸性粒细胞计数和IgE水平，提高IFN-γ水平，降低儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的复发率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect ofYupingfengranulesused together with montelukast sodiumon Children with cough variant asthma.Methods:84cases of children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into the treatment and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Yupingfen and montelukast sodium for8weeks,and the control group administered with montelukast sodium for8weeks.After8weeks of treatment,to observe the changes in the proportion of peripheral blood eosinophils and serum IgE,Interferon-γ(IFN-γ)levels between treated and control groups in children.After the end of treatment for6months,treatment effects and recurrence were observed.Result:The eosinophils and serum IgE levels decreasedof the Treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The serum IFN-γlevels increasedof the Treatment group compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The differences of treatment effects after8weeks and recurrence after6months between the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yupingfeng administered in combination with Montelukast sodium in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma is effective,which can effectively reduce eosinophils count and the IgElevels,improve the IFN-γlevels,and reducethe recurrence rate of children with cough variant asthma.
