正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的治疗效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究正畸与修复联合治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者的治疗效果。方法择取我院2013年1月~2015年10月收治的92例牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者作为本次的观察对象，采取计算机随机分组方案分为每组患者均占据46例的常规组与实验组，常规组患者单纯采取修复治疗，实验组患者采取正畸与修复联合治疗方案，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组患者的牙体外观与牙体功能恢复情况相比常规组明显较优，比较组间数据差异显著，P＜005。结论对牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形患者采取正畸与修复联合治疗方案的应用效果显著，可最大限度地恢复患者的咬合功能，可在临床推广。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of orthodontic treatment combined with repairing denture defect with dental malformations.Methods:A total of92patients with dental malformations with dental malformations were enrolled in our hospital from January2013to October2014The patients were divided into four groups according to the randomized grouping protocol.Group and experimental group,the conventional group of patients with simple repair treatment,the experimental group of patients with orthodontic treatment and combined treatment program,compared the two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results:The appearance of the teeth in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the conventional group,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of orthodontic treatment combined with orthodontic treatment is significant in patients with dentition defect and dental malformations,and the dental function can be restored as soon as possible.
