运用微信平台在膝骨性关节炎患者延续性护理中的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨运用微信平台对膝骨性关节炎患者延续性护理的效果。方法:按照随机数字表法把该院膝关节科的70例膝骨性关节炎的患者,随机分为观察组35例,对照组35例。对照组采用常规的出院健康宣教,观察组在常规出院健康宣教的基础上由微信延续性护理小组组成的团队利用微信平台对出院患者进行延续护理。评价两组患者出院3个月后的服药及康复锻炼依从性、膝关节疼痛评分和疼痛睡眠质量。结果:观察组患者3个月后,服药、康复锻炼依从性优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组膝关节疼痛评分与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量与对照组比较,无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:运用微信平台对膝骨性关节炎患者进行延续护理有效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of the use of WeChat platform in the continuous care of patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:According to the random number table method,70patients with knee osteoarthritis of the hospital are randomly divided into35patients of the observation group35patients of the control group.The control group receives routine discharge health education,and for the observation group,on the basis of routine discharge health education,the WeChat continuous team uses the WeChat platform for continuous care.The medication and rehabilitation exercise compliance,knee pain score and quality of sleep with pain of two groups of patients are evaluated3months after discharge.Results:After3months,medication and rehabilitation exercise compliance of patients in the observation group are better than that of patients in the control group.The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the knee pain score of the observation group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between sleep quality of the observation group and the control group is not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The continuous care of patients with knee osteoarthritis with the WeChat platform is effective.
