颅内血肿微创术联合腰大池引流对小脑出血破入脑室患者神经功能的影响

摘　　要：目的分析小脑出血破入脑室患者实施颅内血肿微创术联合腰大池引流术的治疗效果,为临床治疗提高参考。方法选取本院在2015年2月~2016年5月收治小脑出血破入脑室患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各36例。对照组患者实施颅内血肿微创术治疗,观察组患者实施颅内血肿微创术联合腰大池引流术治疗,分析两组患者治疗效果。结果两组患者神经功能评分均得到提高,观察组患者神经功能评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院6个月后,观察组患者远期疗效良好率和中残率(69.4%)显著高于对照组(50.2%)(P<0.05),观察组重残率(30.6%)显著低于对照组(49.8%)(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗中均未出现颅内感染情况。结论小脑出血破入脑室患者实施颅内血肿微创术联合腰大池引流术能够显著改善神经功能,降低致残率,具有应用价值。Objective To analyze patients with intracranial hematoma broken into ventricles of minimally invasive surgery combined with lumbar drainage treatment of cerebellar hemorrhage,improve the reference for clinical treatment.Methods In our hospital from February2015to May2016ventricle patients as the research object from cerebellar hemorrhage were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,control the implementation of intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery patients in the treatment group,the observation group patients with intracranial hematoma minimally invasive surgery combined with lumbar drainage treatment,analysis of the effect of two groups of patients.Results Two groups of patients with neurological function score were improved,the observation group patients neurological function score was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After6months,the disability rate of observation patients with good long-term effect and rate(69.4%)was significantly higher than the control group(50.2%)(P<0.05),the observation group disability rate(30.6%)was significantly lower than the control group(49.8%)(P<0.05)in the patients of the two groups.There was no intracranial infection in the treatment.Conclusion The minimally invasive surgery combined with lumbar cistern drainage can significantly improve the neurological function and reduce disability rate,which has application value.
