早期护理干预对早产儿发育的干预意义研究与分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析早期护理干预对早产儿发育的干预意义。方法选取本院于2014年7月~2016年3月期间接收的86例早产儿,征得家长同意后,按照入院的先后顺序将86例早产儿分成相等例数的两组,常规组43例和干预组43例,其中常规组在住院期间施予常规护理,干预组予以早期综合护理干预,观察两组早产儿发育情况,并实施比较分析。结果经4个月的护理,常规组早产儿适应性、大运动、语言、社交、精细运动评分明显低于干预组,同时早产儿睡眠时间、进奶量以及体质量也明显比干预组差,并发症发生率明显多于干预组,两组早产儿各指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对早产儿施予早期综合护理干预,可促其期运动、神经、语言等各方面的发育,提高其睡眠质量和体质量,且降低并发症的发生,意义重大,值得运用以及推广。Objective To study the significance of early nursing intervention on the development of premature infants.Methods86cases of premature infants were selected in our hospital from July2014to March2016receive the consent of the parents,in accordance with the order of admission of86cases of premature infants were divided into equal number of the two groups,the conventional group of43cases and43cases in the intervention group and the conventional group during hospitalization given routine nursing care,intervention group were given early comprehensive nursing intervention,observe two groups of premature development,and carry out comparative analysis.Results After4months of routine nursing group,premature adaptability,movement,language,social,fine motor score was significantly lower in the intervention group,while preterm infants sleep time,milk intake and body weight was significantly higher in the intervention group,the complication rate was significantly higher than the intervention group,two groups of each index by statistical comparison of preterm infants there was statistical significance test(P<0.05)Conclusion The premature given early comprehensive nursing intervention,can promote the various aspects of language,motion and neural development,improve the sleep quality and body quality,and reduce the incidence of complications,worthy of application and promotion of great significance.
