摘 要:对具有不同尾缘形状的两种波瓣喷管红外抑制器的红外辐射特性进行数值研究。在流场计算结果的基础上,计算了不同探测方位角下,两种红外抑制器在3~5?m波段的红外辐射亮度和点源探测功率,对两种红外抑制器的红外隐身性能进行评估。研究结果表明,交变波瓣喷管的引射掺混性能较普通波瓣喷管好,明显降低了混合管壁面和尾焰气体的温度;在相同探测条件下,交变波瓣喷管红外抑制器在3~5?m波段的红外抑制效果优于普通波瓣喷管红外抑制器,前者比于后者,最大可分别降低固体壁面和尾焰气体探测功率15.7%和13.3%,整体探测功率降低14.5%,有利于红外隐身性能的提高。结果还显示,固体壁面辐射约占红外抑制器整体辐射的80%。因此,对红外抑制器进行优化时,应能有效降低固体壁面辐射。A research on the infrared radiation characteristics of two kinds of lobed nozzle infrared suppressors with different trailing edges was performed using numerical methods.Based on the calculation results of flow field,the infrared radiation intensity and the point source detection power in3-5μm band were calculated under different detecting azimuths,with the infrared stealth performance being evaluated at the same time.The results show that the pumping and mixing performance of the alternating lobed nozzle is better than the ordinary one,which obviously decreases the temperature of both the mixing duct and the plume.When compared the effects of the infrared radiation suppressing in3-5μm band under the same detection conditions,the alternating lobed nozzle is superior to the ordinary lobed nozzle.The former decreased the detection power of solid wall,plume and overall by15.7%,13.3%and14.5%respectively compared to the latter in the best situation,and it is conducive to the improvement of infrared stealth performance.The results also show that radiation of the solid wall accounts for almost80%of the overall radiation.Therefore,it should be able to effectively reduce the solid wall radiation when optimizing the infrared suppressors.
