摘 要:以海藻酸钠(SA)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)为载体、活性炭为吸附剂,包埋微生物制取凝胶小球,研究其处理氯苯废水的性能。通过正交试验获取SA小球、PVA-SA小球的最适宜包埋条件,并对小球的稳定性、机械强度、传质性能及不同条件下处理氯苯废水的性能进行试验。结果表明,SA小球最适宜的包埋条件为:包菌量1∶1,包炭量1.0%,包埋剂浓度8.0%、交联剂CaCl_2浓度5.0%;PVA-SA小球最适宜的包埋条件是:包菌量1∶1,包炭量1.0%,包埋剂浓度为8.0%时,PVA与SA的重量比为1∶2,交联剂浓度为7.0%。PVA-SA小球的稳定性、机械强度优于SA小球,传质性能劣于SA小球。随着氯苯初始浓度的升高,两种小球对氯苯的去除率下降,且去除氯苯的适宜pH为6~7。Gel balls which immobilized microorganism were prepared with sodium alginate and polyvinyl alcohol as carrier,activated carbon as adsorbent,then the effect of gel balls on chlorobenzenes treatment was studied.The optimum immobilizingconditions of SA ball and PVA-SA ball were obtained.The performances of two kinds of balls,included stability,mechanicalstrength,mass transfer performance and effects on removal of different concentration of chlorobenzene wastewater,were explored.The results showed:the optimum immobilizing conditions of SA ball were:microbial package was1:1,activated carbon package was1.0%,immobilizing agent concentration was8.0%,crosslinking agent concentration was5.0%;the optimum immobilizing conditionsof PVA-SA ball were:microbial package was1:1,activated carbon package was1.0%,immobilizing agent concentration was1:2,crosslinking agent concentration was7.0%.The stability and mechanical strength of PVA-SA ball was better than SA ball,but theopposite was mass transfer performance.With the increase of chlorobenzene initial concentration,chlorobenzene removal rate of twoballs and free bacteria liquid declined gradually,and the suitable pH of removing chlorobenzene was6~7.
