城市养老院老人生活需求——以安徽合肥市为例

摘　　要：由于我国人口老龄化问题日趋严重,随着社会的发展和家庭模式的变更,子女养老负担十分沉重,社会养老成为养老的主要模式。然而目前养老院的养老模式对于老年人的服务形式较为单一,难以适应老年人多样化的物质、精神需求。为了适应快速发展的人口老龄化形势,满足老年人日益增长的多样化生活需求,促进社会各界人士对于老年人的关爱,推进社会对于养老服务的改革有着积极意义。所以我们的课题组进行此次调查,主要从养老院老人的基本需求状况入手,从老年人的物质需求、健康保障需求、服务保障需求、安全需求、情感归属需求及其他方面需求等内容来发现目前社会养老模式中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出相应对策,使老年人享受更好的养老服务,安享晚年。As the problem of aging population in our country becomingmore and more serious,the burden of the old-age pensionis very heavy with the development of society and the change offamily model,so that the social pension becomes the main modeof pension.However,the forms of service of the current nursinghomes for the elderly are too simple to adapt to the diversity oftheir material and spiritual needs.Promoting the reform of old ageservice has a positive meaning in order to adapt to the rapid developmentof the population aging situation and meet the growingdiversified life needs of the elderly as well as promoting all walksof life to show care for the elderly.Therefore,our research groupcarries out the survey,mainly from the basic needs of the elderlyin nursing homes,in order to find out the problems existing in thecurrent social pension model from the material needs,heal th support needs,service needs,security needs,and emotional belongingneeds of the elderly.Then we put forward the correspondingcountermeasures on this basis,so that the elderly enjoya better pension services and live a better elderly life.
