美军前沿外科手术队对我国灾难医学救援力量建设的启示

摘　　要：美军前沿外科手术队(forward surgical team,FST)是由20~30名不同专业医疗骨干组成的小型化、具备快速部署能力和独立手术能力的综合性机动卫勤单元,作为部署在Ⅱ级救治阶梯中的救援力量,其主要任务是在战场上为伤员提供紧急的高级生命支持和损伤控制性手术。笔者通过分析美军FST的发展历史、职能任务、人员组成、救治能力、装备配备和训练演练等情况,借鉴美、日等发达国家目前灾难医学救援力量建设的经验,提出了对我国灾难医学救援力量建设的几点启示。A U.S.Army forward surgical team(FST)is a20-30person comprehensive mobilized compact medical unit,which covers various specialties and features with miniaturization,quick deployment capabilities and independent operation ability.Utilized as a mobile medical force deployed for the levelⅡof combat casualty care,it is designed and equipped to carry out emergency advanced life support and damage control surgery.In this article,the author reviewed the history of development,functions and tasks,components,capabilities,facilities and training programs of FST in America,to draw on the experience of the development of disaster medical assistance teams in developed countries,with the view to influencing and strengthening domestic development of similar teams in China.
