镀银后处理防银变色工艺改进的研究

摘  要:对电化学钝化技术和化学镀钯技术与传统化学钝化工艺的钝化效果进行了比较。采用电化学钝化技术和化学镀钯技术对镀银产品进行后处理,比较两种工艺与传统化学钝化工艺的耐腐蚀性能。研究表明,电化学钝化得到的钝化膜耐腐性能要优于化学镀钯钝化工艺得到的钝化膜和空白试件的耐腐性能。The passivation effect of electrochemical passivation and chemical palladium plating were compared with that of traditional chemical passivation respectively.The silver plating products were treated by electrochemical passivation and chemical plating.The corrosion resistance of the two processes were compared with and the traditional chemical passivation respectively.The results show that the corrosion resistance of the passive film obtained by electrochemical passivation is better than that of the passivation film obtained by chemical palladium plating and blank sample.
