摘　　要：对毛细管电泳法测定PTA中4-CBA、p-TOL含量进行了研究。实验证明,该方法可同时分析PTA中4-CBA和p-TOL含量,且具备操作简便、分析速度快、分离效果及重现性好、准确度及精确度高等特点,加标回收率在98.0%~101.3%之间,完全可以满足PTA日常验收检测的需求。The determination of4-hydroxy benzaldehyde(4-CBA)and p-toluic acid(p-TOL)in terephthalic acid(PTA)by capillary electrophoresis was observed in this paper.Experiments show that this method can be used to detect the content of4-CBA and p-TOL in PTA at the same time,and features high accuracy and precision,simple operation and fast analysis,it performs excellently in separation and reproducibility,the recovery rate is from98%to101.3%,which can meet the daily demand of acceptance test of PTA.
