典型地理国情监测信息分析发布技术框架研究

摘　　要：面向典型地理国情监测,提出了监测信息提取处理、分析发布的技术流程方案;从监测数据源分析、监测信息整合提取、监测信息统计与分析、监测信息管理、监测成果制作、监测成果发布展示6个方面研究了典型地理国情监测信息分析发布技术框架建设。针对城市发展变化监测专题,以重庆市万州区为实验区,搭建了典型地理国情监测信息分析发布集成平台,验证了该技术框架的可行性,为典型地理国情监测提供了参考。Be geared to the needs of the typical geographical conditions monitoring,this paper proposed a technology process plan for monitoring information extraction, processing, analysis and publication. And then, the paper researched the technical framework construction of monitoring information analysis and publication for the typical geographical conditions monitoring from six technical aspects, such as the monitoring data source analysis, information integration and extraction, monitoring information statistics and analysis, monitoring information management, monitoring result production, achievement publication and demonstrate. In view of the city development and change monitoring special subject, in order to verify the feasibility of the proposed technical framework, taking Wanzhou District of Chongqing City as the experimental area, this paper realized the integrated platform construction of the typical geographical conditions monitoring. This study can provide a reference for the typical geographical conditions monitoring.
